I was greeted immediately by one of their staff, Latonia Akinyemi, and was welcomed as a wlk-in. There are no hassles to make appointments here! She along with other staff were approachable and kind. I felt at ease during the purchase and was able to make a decision without hesitation. Latonia was great with helping me through the whole process from test riding to finances to driving off the lot. Napleton Hyundai in Calumet City, IL gets 2 thumbs up and a 10! More
