I was greeted as soon as I came in and was asked if I needed any snacks or water. I really thought I wasn’t getting a car but I drove away with under 35k miles car and I’m loving it. A month later, the insurance company offered is literally a waste of money. Please make sure they show you the car that you came to see. It was all done for financial gain for the agent because now I have to pay out of pocket to fix a car that I didn’t even have it for a full week to find out. They lied on my insurance company application and financial documents that I had a 500 deductible and it’s actually $1000. $400 dollar down payment to get no recent of documents everything went to the agent. Didn’t know the full price of the car and didn’t get any options to look at other cars. Just one test drive then pushed into finance. Go up north because they actually care but stay away from this dealership. They are money hungry and don’t care about the customers only their commissions. I contacted the sale representative about the issue and they got excited to put me in a new car instead of helping me with my issues More
