Our experience at the dealership was completely positive! Laura Bohn is uniquely wonderful, in that she explains every little single detail of everything we are signing without us even having to ask her. Most used car dealers just have you sign the paperwork and run! Laura is also extremely knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly answering every question we did have. After filling out the paperwork and submitting it, I realized I had made a mistake with my down payment figures. Laura called the bank back and they re-did everything for us right on the spot! We are very happy customers now!!😊 More
