Pleased with service. ..appreciated the knowledge Laura shared. My only issue was how long it took ; wasn't expecting to leave it overnight & the entire next day...but othe ..appreciated the knowledge Laura shared. Waited at the dealership for 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and auto butler. Made an appointment weeks ago, if you can't handle the volume of customers at a decent rate, you need to hire more hel tire rotation and auto butler. I was previously very impressed with Tameron Honda before the change to Sam Boswell Honda. I have only been to the dealership service centre twice since the change and so far everything has stayed the same, the change to Sam Boswell Honda. I have only been to the dealership service centre twice since the change and so far everything has stayed the same, which is a good thing in this case. I came to trust the previous ownership and purchased two vehicles from them and had them do all the service work on the vehicles. As long as things do not start going down hill I will continue to be a loyal customer. However, the minute I feel like the dealership is just trying to grab money for services that are not really needed I will find somewhere else to take my vehicles. More
