Lauren was professional and friendly. However, one of the two reasons that I came in was because my tire was damaged. I had taken it to a local tire expert who told me that it appeared to However, one of the two reasons that I came in was because my tire was damaged. I had taken it to a local tire expert who told me that it appeared to have a defect from the manufacturing process. I called and was told that your service department needed to inspect it. In my mind an "inspection" would be more thorough than standing next to the car and looking at the tire. When I pointed this out, I was informed that there was and extra charge to take it off of the car and actually inspect it. I was not happy about this. In the end Lauren removed that charge from my bill but I find it ridiculous that it even had to be discussion. The second reason I was there was for the installation of a remote start and that process was seamless. More

Overall service was fine. I have a problem on being informed on what service is needed at certain times. Being told that it's all in the manual is not going to cut it. When I have a problem on being informed on what service is needed at certain times. Being told that it's all in the manual is not going to cut it. When I call to schedule, there needs to be more info regarding future maintenence other than oil changes. From now on, I will ask for the front desk and not rely on the person answering the phone. Providing future services with out asking is part of good customer service. I did talk to Sadie when paying and she was very courteous and helpful. More

Poor communication. Disappointed that no information was provided— and when I reviewed the paperwork it was noted the air filter was dirty.
