Had a good experience with this dealership up until it was time to pick up my vehicle. I was told more than once to set up my policy date for the day I was to pick up my car. In reality, it was supposed t was time to pick up my vehicle. I was told more than once to set up my policy date for the day I was to pick up my car. In reality, it was supposed to be the day before. I was notified of this via text last minute while at work (I'm an RN and don't have time to be playing middle man between insurance and the dealership yet there I was). When I spoke with insurance they told me they wouldn't be able to do this and that it would increase my premium and that it was the dealership's fault for ill advising me. Dealership was not willing to bend on their mistake. Long story short I was unable to pick up my vehicle when I needed it which was a huge inconvenience for me and an out of pocket cost as I have to take ubers to get around while I wait for them to sort themselves out. They're great when they get your money but not so much when it's time to deliver. More
