I can’t say enough good about Lavel! 😃 I knew, when I arrived, what I wanted. I didn’t want anything else but that one car and no further costs. Lavel understood and he did his best to represent his company but also to understand what I was saying. It was a very long wait. This is probably the one reason people hate to buy cars. Lavelle made it very interesting, and we had common ground that we shared. I think it bears note that the last salesman I saw, before I saw Lavel, was the worst salesman I have ever spoken to in my life and I have spoken to a few. Lavel was, precisely, his opposite! Polite, professional, did his best to answer all of my questions, even though I wasn’t buying the “usual” car - and he, likely, had more information on this car than anyone within a diameter of many miles. Mostly, though, it was his appropriate salesmanship demeanor. He was, by far, the best I’ve ever met. His attitude was resPECTful and attentive from that first phone call, through the LONG LOOOONG WAIT, to the last goodbye! I must say that I really liked the finance guy, Bobby, as well. I felt he (and Lavel) really cared about my needs. His attention to detail was superior and he saved me a big mistake. They both did their jobs, with a great deal of patience and personable character. Thanks, you guys! I wish you both lived next door with your families! I consider you friends. The long wait was the only bad thing and they had games for my grandson which was great. More
