This place does not stand by their word! Do not trust them! All you will get is excuses or lies. I called on a Tuesday to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available before d Do not trust them! All you will get is excuses or lies. I called on a Tuesday to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available before driving to Ferndale. I was assured it was and arrived within half an hour. When I arrived, the sales person told me he couldn't find the keys. He searched as I waited 45 minutes before blaming his manager and telling me I would need to come back another day. He asked how ready to make a deal I was and I let him know if I could have test driven it and if it was washed from the salt, I'd make a deal on the spot. He said since it was their error, he would hold the vehicle for me, wash it, and have it ready another day. I offered to come in on Wednesday but he wasn't available so we made an appointment for Thursday. I provided a copy of the registration for my trade-in so they could be ready to value my vehicle when I returned. Wednesday afternoon I received a text verifying that they found the keys and verifying the vehicle would be ready when I arrived on Thursday at 3:30. I left work early Thursday only to receive a text at 12:30 saying that the vehicle had been sold. When the salesperson was asked what happened to holding the vehicle for me since it was their mistake, he lied and said he asked for a deposit. When he was reminded of the exact conversation, he agreed that he never asked for a deposit and admitted that I would have placed a deposit if he had asked - what he asked for was for me to trust him that it would be set aside since it was their mistake and they wanted to make it right. He also told me that his MANAGER was aware of the situation with me and agreed to hold the vehicle, but later approved the sale of the vehicle to another customer 3 hours before my appointment. I tried contacting the manager several times and he never returned my call. Horrible customer service! This is definitely not an honorable business. More
