After my first experience at this dealership, I told my wife if we couldn't get the vehicle she was looking for through this dealer and Ron, it probably was not going to happen. The finance process is even smooth. I've been to dealerships where the finance person will pull out high pressure tactics to sell you on service add-ons/extended warranties. Not here.
