Sales guy Lawrence tricked me to sign and pay for a hybrid car when the price and the car we agreed upon is the plug-in hybrid. It wasted so much of my time dealing with him, and it made me furious bei hybrid car when the price and the car we agreed upon is the plug-in hybrid. It's a shame I wanted to give American made car a chance after driving Japanese made car for so long, but tumors like him turned me away. More

I have traded in cars over the years and I have not had a better experience than I did with Mac Haik Ford. My sales person was Lawrence. He was so cool and so chill. With every transaction basically now done online, it's so nice to know there are still people our there really in to customer service and professionalism. I know we have all these online tools now, I will go back again and see Lawrence at Mac Haik when I decide to trade in my Bronco again. Their professionalism beats online ANY DAY! More
