The advertising on Cars.com and other websites said the car ha We recently bought a Used 2016 BMW from Zeigler Chrysler, Jeep, Masarati in Schaumburg. The advertising on Cars.com and other websites said the car had the following features of which it had none. Navigation, backup camera, Heated & cooled seats (heated only), Blind spot warning, keyless entry & an audio input. The salesman we originally dealt with was more interested in showing me how he could drive the car. When I left he said he would call later to let me know what our trade in was worth. When he called we were driving and after telling us what the trade was worth we asked what was the bottom line after the trade, taxes etc. He tried telling us that was an $1100.00 dealer prep charge. I've never heard of such a thing I a used car. Absolutely ridiculous. We called back and asked for a manager that had to call us back. After speaking with the manager we came to a deal that included a new set of tires. When we picked up the car the following week it did not have a new set of tires. We were handed a " We Owe" sheet the list 4 tires. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. After calling the dealership yesterday to find out where our tires were we told they were on order. Today the original dopey salesman called so we could send him a picture of the tires so he knew what size to order. STAY AWAY from these guys More
