Went to Buff Whelan Chevrolet first. Then we came here. I want to give xxxxxxto Leann Edalski! I had some issues with my Sorento last month so I brought it in for service. After the cost of repairs began piling up, I unexpectedly found myself trading it in and p with my Sorento last month so I brought it in for service. After the cost of repairs began piling up, I unexpectedly found myself trading it in and purchasing a new car instead. Leann was instrumental in making that happen and more impressively, she got the deal done within hours of speaking to her. It was my first purchase under my name and credit, so naturally I was uneasy about the whole thing — especially since it was happening so fast. She did a terrific job and made the process easy, shedding any misconceptions I had about the car-sales process. I also want to acknowledge Ian Blashill for always taking good care of us whenever we bring our vehicles in. He facilitated the introduction to Leann and vouched for her. He was spot on. I appreciate his honesty. Even when he calls with bad news, I at least know it’s the truth and that matters most. We’ve had 8 KIA vehicles since 2009 so we are loyal to the brand. Although the vehicles are amazing and have the best value, it’s the customer service that keeps us coming back. Cheers! More
