He did his homework thoroughly, located a car for me quickly and provided pictures and description via email. He also was very available by phone for questions I had. Based on my verbal approval, he came to my location on a Saturday with all the paperwork an I took delivery of my vehicle (also brought to my location) on the following Tuesday. I received a good overall tour of the car and after a short test drive we sealed the deal. The whole experience far exceeded expectations and Lee was absolutely great to work with! If a vehicle lease suits your requirements, you need look no further than D&M. More

Delivery to my driveway was 48 hours after contacting D&M. No more walking around the dealership trying to find the right options, no more negotiating with a manager behind plexiglass via paper notes and no more haggling with the finance guy in a cramped office. Within 48 hours, my 2015 Jeep Compass was scheduled to ship in from Dallas. Lee put me in to a rental car at no expense to me for a few days and delivery was right on time as he had informed. There were a couple of glitches with the rental company and Lee handled them promptly, exceeding my expectations at every turn. I live in Beaumont and he took absolutely amazing care of my needs. He listened to all the requirements I had, including price and found the perfect car for me in 24 hours time. He then drove all the way to my home to sign paperwork. Two days later, on a Saturday, Mr Bowles drove my new car to my home. I have nothing, but amazing things to say about my entire experience!
