Our sunroof blew out in North Dakota for some unexplained reason. We taped it up and came here to see if we could get it fixed before we headed back to California. After verifying they had a new part in stoc reason. We taped it up and came here to see if we could get it fixed before we headed back to California. After verifying they had a new part in stock they lent us a car & had us fixed up and our car back in one day. Thank you so much to the whole crew for their positivity and helpfulness. Their manager was fantastic!! More

Terrible communication, not only with eachother at work but with their customers. My car sat for 2 days in their lot because of miscommunication between the workers. No calls on updates of my vehicle, I needed to call. Say my car would be ready a certain day, and then they tell me that they need it longer when I needed my car to get to and from work. They are very unorganized and take on more than they can handle. Spent over $2300 there and you think we would have gotten better service. Very disappointed. More
