This was my first visit to the Service Department. The service managers explained the procedure for checking in and were appropriate with tone and instructions. The estimated time was 2X what I had been given and then additional time was needed at the check out counter because the Internet was down and every credit card payment ha to be handled individually by calling the major credit card company for approval. I was impressed with everyone's patience - staff and customers- as staff tried to problem solve the situation. More
