After my wife was vaccinated she felt comfortable ge one of the seatbelts was defective as well as a weird issue where the car won’t stop dinging. After my wife was vaccinated she felt comfortable getting it fixed. Man was that a nightmare of a telephone game and no communication. But they for free replaced the dangerously defective seatbelt they sold us!!! Now as far as the non-stop dinging they claim it wasn’t sold to me like that (even though their salesman is the one who pointed it out and said it was likely just a headlight setting… it’s not). They quoted me $325 to fix it. With a newborn on the way I figured it was worth my sanity… WRONG they didn’t fix it and now want me to pay ANOTHER $359 to HOPEFULLY fix it. Went on the Ford Forums and found my issue and did they are scamming me. If you buy a “Certified Pre Owned” car here beware and get a qualified 3rd party mechanic to look over it. Don’t make my mistake and trust them as they clearly don’t stand behind their used cars. More
