SERVICE VISIT

If I can give this dealership a ZERO I would. Cannot trust this dealership having my car there at least 8-9 times problem after problem all related from Oil leaks, coolant and trans leaks. Lost trust with this dealership. Promise one thing never heard back. It’s not my job to call and follow up after numerous complaints. They probably just want to brush me off and silent me. I will bring this up to Boucher company upper management so they are aware what’s going on. More

Everything was great. Friendly atmosphere, not pushy but very helpful. Sales team was great and finance team worked hard. We had a new guy in finance which was fine he was very nice, but the more senior person that should have been helping him was less than helpful to him, which significantly prolonged our time at the dealership with several sick and crabby children.
