Even the test drive stood out, tbh most salespeople stay quiet or rush through it, but Arturo made conversation, highlighted features, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Which I appreciated so so much. He went above and beyond to ensure I left happy and completely satisfied with my purchase. Which I did!! I walked away with my dream car all thanks to him! Arturo was upfront, kind, and handled every detail with complete transparency! Management: please recognize this guy. We have been looking for a Grand Cherokee for the last few weeks and found exactly what we were looking for online at Lancaster Honda. Given that Lancaster was a 2-hour drive from our home, we really wanted to have details of our deal completely finalized before showing up to the lot. Tommy and Jesse were awesome and we texted back and forth with all the information they needed the night before so when we arrived in the morning, we’d be all set. Jared and Tommy greeted us at the lot in the morning and were super helpful, warm and kind. Honestly, the whole team here is extremely professional and the dealership itself is really nice. We got through all the paperwork and were out the door in a pretty quick manner. I would highly recommend working with Tommy, Jesse, Jared and Noe - they are all awesome and very trustworthy. 5 stars to the whole team!!!! More
