This is Why Not One Trusts Car Salesmen At every turn it seemed another half-truth fell from these people. 1.) "The Kia Soul is $15-16 K." Lie. After the dealer markup and fees be prepared to pay $20-23 K for a new model. 2.) After getting in a used model and starting the engine it was VERY ruff idea for 30-60 sec. "They all do that ... my last two always did that." Lie. Went to another dealer and started a Kia that started and idled fine immediately. And let's not leave out "The brakes do that because of 'rust' buildup" (Most of the time the brakes make that noise because they need to be replaced!). 3.) And the winner ... "The Soul is $16 K and only has 30,000 miles." Lie. 30,000+ miles were displayed on the door sticker but the odometer clearly read >65,000 miles. "Oops ... sorry." It was everything a person has come to expect from a car dealership: half-truths and pressure tactics. I wouldn't buy toothpicks from these people. More

So my dad and I towed my car here and they offered $5000 trade in on my Nissan Cube for a 2017 Kia Forte. There were some struggles getting financing with my poor credit. But Leo helped us get the car my husband and I needed to get back on our feet. Never in my dreams would I have imagined having a brand new car. The process was pretty quick. Leo did not try to push us into a car we couldn't afford or didn't really want. He helped us every step of the way. Best car salesman I've been to and will continue to go to Riverchase Kia and Leo for any future purchases. More

Let me start by saying like most people, I really do not like to deal w I purchased a Kia Forte 11/18/16 from the Riverchase Kia dealership in Pelham. Let me start by saying like most people, I really do not like to deal with car dealerships, or pushy sales reps. I have purchased many cars in the past, and usually leave the dealership like I had put in a full days work with the negotiations, and back and forth. I can honestly say this time was completely different than past experiences. After a short interview, where I provided a few details, and what I was interested in, I was paired up with sales rep Leo Henry. Leo is very friendly, professional, and shot me straight. I told him exactly what I needed payment wise, and Leo got it done. I was never passed off to another sales rep, or sales tagged teamed by anyone else. I dealt with Leo only, and never felt pressured, or rushed to make a decision. In the past I had spent what seemed to be all day at the dealership trying to finalize a deal, this time I was in and out in less than a couple hours. I thought the dealership was very fair with my trade in, and in explaining all details to the questions I had. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again in the future, and highly recommend using Leo Henry as your sales representative. I would recommend friends, and family to use this dealership when looking to purchase a automobile. More

From the initial contact through the final handover We had an excellent experience buying our Forte 5 from Leo Henry and the staff at Riverchase Kia. From the initial contact through the final handover of the keys (we had only the vaguest idea of what we were looking for in a new car), the experience was easy! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable (Leo's knowledge of the car models was almost encyclopedic!), and did everything they could to help us find a car we liked, liked to drive, and fit what we were looking for. Highest possible recommendation - if you are in the market for a car - check them out (we drove 60 miles to see them and are glad that we did). More
