Great Job This was my third pre-own purchase with Leo and Hillside Honda. When I walked in from the street without an appointment, they had the exact car i want This was my third pre-own purchase with Leo and Hillside Honda. When I walked in from the street without an appointment, they had the exact car i wanted (2015 Honda Accord sport, Black interior/exterior). I was able to sit down and get the best price offered for the car. How do i know? I did some research because I hesitated at the price and said i would be back. After my walk out, I educated myself by going to Honda and Non-Honda dealers. For one week I called, went in person, test drove and sat with many dealers. However, the prices that many dealers offer are not the prices you actually pay. I was ready to sign with one dealership which had the same car for 4 thousand less than what Hillside Honda was asking. I test drove the car, and let them run my credit and sat with the numbers guy. Then he showed me the magic of car dealers. The price they were advertising was not the price of the actual car. So, the 13,700 that they advertised was after you put down 2,000. They also threw in a couple of other fees that i was not happy about, so i walked out too. So after about a week of my self-education lesson, I went back into Hillside Honda with my head held low. I was ready to be told the car i wanted was sold. However, Although i hesitated, Leo did not. He held the car. I was able to do all my paperwork that day and drive home with it. Thank you Leo Santualla for all your patience and hard work. Thank you Hillside Honda and Mike, too (don't worry you will meet him, ask about the sunroof) More
