Refreshing and successful sale After visiting several dealerships and used car places around NJ and NYC, finally found a used HR-v EX , in stock and in great condition. Although visited 9 places, they were “just sold” or in poor condition. No one explained anything, just “tough luck”. Leo at Hillside was more open, explaining how used cars usually need to come off leases which typically run 3 years and explained why hrv was hard to find used. Refreshing! We went in with an internet ad and price, was prepared to haggle over every single defect. I couldnt find the defects! So had to resort to “so how much to close this deal” and he was frank and honest saying he couldn't go below 200 and in the end felt was a good deal, still under KBB. Leo explained everything clearly and even put up with my complaining mom and we felt this buy was a good deal, financially and emotionally More

Not alone I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I could do it. They work with you I wanted to trade in my vehicle, so I went to Hillside based on a recommendation. I went in wanting to know my options, and I walked out with a new ve I wanted to trade in my vehicle, so I went to Hillside based on a recommendation. Leo stayed with me for over 3 hours showing me options based on price and models. He was extremely patient with me, funny, and professional. Joel was a great help when it came to the pricing.
