The meaning of full service I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and I was out the door with a brand new A6 loaner. I received a call that my car was ready for pickup sooner than had been promised. My car was washed and ready when I arrived with all the paperwork ready to be signed and I was back on the road. More

Very good ! I leased a car in 2014 and always received very good service. Then I leased the next A7 early 2017 since price was good and the service had been flaw I leased a car in 2014 and always received very good service. Then I leased the next A7 early 2017 since price was good and the service had been flawless. I just had an issue with my front armrest on my A7 not coming down and they took care of it. All good, and that's the story ! More

Experience was even beyond what I expected to be very good Service appoint was aimed at addressing a number of minor problems including a few rattles along with a resonance in one of the door-mounted speakers Service appoint was aimed at addressing a number of minor problems including a few rattles along with a resonance in one of the door-mounted speakers in a particular frequency band. Rattles are probably a service department's worse nightmare. I hesitated mentioning them, concerned that the cure might end up worse than the problem. The service advisor was particularly thorough and patient in going over my multiple complaints. The dealer kept the car for a few day and addressed everything. In summary, a pleasant and extremely successful experience that has further increased my enjoyment and satisfaction of a really nice vehicle. More
