I've never had a good experience with purchasing a car with this dealership and at this point, I probably wont give them my business again. The communication is horrible. No one can ever give a straight a with this dealership and at this point, I probably wont give them my business again. The communication is horrible. No one can ever give a straight answer. People repeatedly make false guarantees. It's like they treat you well to seal the deal and then treat you poorly afterwards. I was initially told that my new car would be delivered within 2 weeks. Then I was told that it would only be a few days. I was given a loaner vehicle. After 4 days the passenger floorboard of the loaner began to flood with water, so I returned the loaner on 7/17/21. At that point I was told that my car would be delivered on 7/19 and I would have it on 7/20 after the tint was applied. When I did not receive a phone call, I reached out to my sales person on 7/21. During our conversation he said repeatedly that he wanted to make sure I got my car, because he doesn't get paid until the deal is finished. Unprofessional. We're not friends. That's not my issue and not something that I care to hear about when you're supposed to be helping me to resolve my issue. At the end of that conversation, I was told that my car was set to be delivered on 7/21 and it would be ready by 7/22. Again, I didn't received a phone call or update. On 7/23 I reached back out to my sales person. He failed to answer my call or respond to my text message. I didn't hear from him at all, so I contacted a manager. The manager advised that my car was dispatched on 7/21, not delivered, so it wouldn't be delivered until 7/24. I finally got my car on 7/26/21. Several times that day, the sales person pressed me to give him a good review, emphasizing how the reviews impacted his pay. At 7:23PM on 7/26/21, I received a phone call from my sales person asking me to go in and give him a good review because someone had accidently given him a poor review. He told me that he was calling all of his customers to make sure they gave him a good review to offset that bad review. That was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Our deal was done. There was no need to call me again about the review, especially after general business hours. More
