The process from my first inquiry on car gurus to the time I drove my car off the lot was seamless. I was coming in from out of state 7 hours away and all the paperwork, etc was ready to go. I can’t recommend my salesman Cecil strong enough. I bought a used BMW X6 and he knows BMW inside and out from previous experience. He took the time to help this old 60 year old man set up the apps, settings, etc. Super super super good person and very organized and detailed. Everyone I came in contact with at Genesis of KC from the wash bay to the management was nice, helpful and easy to work with. More

I would recommend this place mostly because there isn't another one very close to the area. The place is small and the experience there was average. My car sat outside running for over 20 minutes and the w another one very close to the area. The place is small and the experience there was average. My car sat outside running for over 20 minutes and the workers failed to let us know it was ready. They didn't seem super attentive to their customers. I was also told when I purchased my 2026 GV70 that I would have service pick up and delivery. When I called, they said I lived too far away. My understanding was that they would come get it if it was within 100 miles. I am about half of that. They were uninterested. More
