I drove there from Maryland after I found the car of my dreams on their website and would do it again to work with Ben Humphrey, Salem Kirby and the rest of the Triad Team! The car was exactly as they portrayed it, the photos online were representative of the car and there was nothing hidden or exaggerated to enhance the sale. The price was very reasonable and we were able to arrive at a deal over the phone with Salem's help. I met one of the managers, Les Young, and Ameer Watkins, who helped me with all the paperwork. Again, they could not have been any nicer and were happy to offer their time to help me. Even the service department made time to check my son's Volvo after we discovered an unusual noise on the drive down. They were able to repair the car and even washed it before we left! I was so impressed with how much time Ben spent with me to insure I was comfortable with all the features of my new S80, and there were a lot! He was knowledgable, patient, kind and fun to work with. Everyone at Volvo of the Triad was polite, friendly and extremely helpful and I encourage anyone searching for a Volvo to enjoy the same treatment as they purchase their car from that reputable and professional dealership! I've been in a lot of showrooms and dealerships in my time, and none are as friendly and professional as Volvo of the Triad. The details and explanations are always covered. And the features/tech expert does an amazing job of teaching me all the gadgets and options on my car. I have recommended Volvo of the Triad to many people, not only for the quality of the vehicle, but for the quality of the people you get to know at the dealership. He introduced himself and maintained professionalism at the same time was able to bring a comfort to us in his friendly approachable manner. He never appeared to be in a hurry or "pushy" as too many times sales folks get labeled with that action. We have since met several other folks in managerial positions and they have met our expectations. Scott was also very informative and was the primary reason for our decision to purchase a Volvo. We look forward to a long relationship with the dealership and hopefully as a Volvo owner. More
