All of my questions were handled thoroughly and answered honestly. The paperwork went seamlessly. There was NO smoke and there were NO mirrors. We were desperate for help and posted to facebook for any friends that had reliable but inexpensive vehicles that we could buy from them, we have jobs out of the area and 3 kids, our house hold is booming and can't do without transportation. A friend directed Tabatha to me and I gave her the honest truth which included credit that was lacking due to medical charges circumstances for 2 of our children. She helped me and even though we already had a vehicle loan, her team was able to get us approved through another bank. When we got there we had all of our children, and it was dinner time, little to no quite time and 2 toddlers, but she and the team helped through it without appearing frustrated or uncomfortable and even gave our son several balloons upon his deepest desire. Even with my credit, they were able to answer questions and help point me in a better direction. They reassured me we were protected and I would be able to reach them any time with any questions, unlike what I was experiencing with Champion. I have never had a car that was brand new and always thought it was a far off dream, especially with 3 kids, but between Tabatha and the team, and Lesley...they were able to help and Lesley even found us car insurance that was an incredible amount of savings. They were all willing to help even at the end of the day and through my kids asking questions, being silly, and demanding at times. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone I know who felt the same way I did, I'd much rather pay on a car I'm protected with a warranty for and can find the dealership owners and staff to, than ever buy from a used dealer who avoids your calls when they find out your car is on a roll back. More
