Uptown arrival Eric, the sales manager, welcomed me with a smile and kind words. You are always in good hands with Eric. He makes sure all coupons and available discounts are applied to your bill. Rich will do so also if reminded. Note: if you are scheduling a recall make sure they have the part before you arrive! They didn't call to tell me the part was not ordered before my scheduled appointment. One minor inconvenience which can easily be fixed in the future. More

"Amazing experience ever" I was shocked when I got a call from Ben telling me I could get a vehicle with a trade in.
