Tabatha greeted us on the sales floor to see if she could help us with anything. We decided to see about trading our Sentra in for an AWD. Tabatha found us a couple options to choice from and we decided on a 2019 Nissan Rouge Special Addition. The whole experience was wonderful. There was no pressure to buy or pushy salespeople like at some other places. Options were given, test drives were made, then the opportunity to go home and discuss. Even followed up to see if we had any questions or if any help could be offered. If ever there was a place to feel at home...Valley Nissan of Staunton is that place. From management to salespeople to service workers they all are so welcoming and just down right easy to get along with. I would recommend Valley Nissan to anybody who asks for a good place to buy a car. They go out of their way to help in anyway they can to get you in the vehicle of your dreams. Walker Tapley is one of a kind!! When I visited Staunton, VA two days after Christmas with intentions on buying a new vehicle, I wasn't quite certain if I wanted to purchase a new Hon When I visited Staunton, VA two days after Christmas with intentions on buying a new vehicle, I wasn't quite certain if I wanted to purchase a new Honda or a Nissan. Walker Tapley finalized that decision for me. Walker met my husband and I in the parking lot. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. He didn't rush me into making a decision, and he allowed me the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles that day. From the time we arrived to the time we drove out of the parking lot in our New 2019 Nissan Altima, my husband and I were treated as if we were family.
