Best car buying experience ever! When our lease was ending we couldn't stomach returning to our original dealership. After doing a web search for a better dealer we found Valley Nissa When our lease was ending we couldn't stomach returning to our original dealership. After doing a web search for a better dealer we found Valley Nissan of Staunton VA. An hour and a half drive but it was well worth it. We had practically everything done before we even got there, so other than signing and test driving we were out and on our way home in less than 2 hours. Can't say enough about Tabatha Hummel, our sales woman. She was fun and a joy to talk with. Her online ratings speak volumes about her. Sales manager Bruce Myers was great to speak with and he and I had already worked out the details a few nights before over the phone so there was no back-and-forth stuff to deal with. Lesley Wicks was quick and efficient with the paperwork and very pleasant to work with. Now, for the real fun part, the test drive. BJ Johnson and Harold Wells went with us for the test drive and man do those guys know their stuff. Tabatha, admittedly was not as knowledgeable about some of the self-driving features of our new Rogue so she had BJ and Harold ride with us to teach us about this amazing new technology. This truly was an amazing experience and we will definitely make the trip for our next vehicle purchase. More
