Leslie Bolanos

I came in needing a vehicle during a challenging financial situation, and Leslie made the entire process possible. She advocated for me with her management and finance team, submitted my application financial situation, and Leslie made the entire process possible. She advocated for me with her management and finance team, submitted my application to multiple lenders, and secured an approval when other options fell through. Leslie negotiated the price, worked to bring my monthly payment down, and made sure I had gap protection included. She also gave me honest, straightforward advice rather than pushing a sale, guiding me toward the vehicle that best fit my needs. She kept me informed at every step, even during her busiest days. I highly recommend working with Leslie. She is knowledgeable, genuinely cares about her customers, and goes above and beyond. Leslie made what felt like an impossible situation, possible. More
