From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from Leslie and the other employees I met throughout the day. I felt very comfortable and confident working with Leslie as she was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles we discussed and whenever she was unsure about something she promptly spoke with someone to get the most accurate answer/details. The process of purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful and time consuming but both Leslie and the Royal staff made the experience simple, straightforward and they exceeded my expectations.
