They promise you the world and then as soon as you sign the paperwork you are chop liver. We were promised a second key and they just keep telling us "yes we will have it" then another person says "yeah we don't know where it is". they will not fill the gas tank of the vehicle you have purchased. In my experience I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership that hasn't filled the tank! We signed paperwork a week ago for our vehicle and we still don't even have it yet. So basically that means we are paying for a car that we do not have yet and when I called them they did not care at all. My husband called today to figure out what is going on with our vehicle and asked to speak with our salesman, Corey, and she says yes absolutely! Then comes back and says oh he's actually not here. So then he asks to speak with the manager named jerry and when she comes back on the line she says oh he's on lunch. Hmmm now that's quit a coincidence. So conveniently the workers that we have been dealing with are not "available". They have made every single step of this process above and beyond difficult!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE I AM JUST TRYING TO WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW CLASS, TRASHY DEALERSHIP. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANYONE ELSE BUT PRESTIGE!!!! Truly a miracle Thanks to Raul I was able to get a van for my daughter with disabilities!
