Meh place and very pricey on cars unfortunately my sales men had a very little experience to start , made a simple trade becoming very complicated and after that he end up damaging the unfortunately my sales men had a very little experience to start , made a simple trade becoming very complicated and after that he end up damaging the car when attaching the plates to the new car , then with the paper work Leslie ( Finance ) did a terrible job , she did the paper work for her only convenience when it wasn't what I had request , all that just to get approved by the bank and get the sale done .. not to mention that a 2016 only had one key and I end up paying extra for a second key from my pocket . Service department are very nice people but they never call you when parts arrive . One thing I want to say very positive on this is for the guy that made my trade be worth it. He did a awesome job trying to get me all that I need and explaining to me all the stuff , I apologize but I forgot his name unfortunately . If wasn't him I would've give 1 start to this place . I'll be a lifetime customer, thanks to Raul Reis! This is my second time at Prestige Auto Mart in two years. I have to say that for the rest of my life I will buy my cars from Prestige Auto Mart, and This is my second time at Prestige Auto Mart in two years. I have to say that for the rest of my life I will buy my cars from Prestige Auto Mart, and specifically from Raul Reis. The first time I walked through the doors was last year. He was attentive, straightforward, and his willingness to help was unmatched. I bought a car with him that night and picked it up the very next day. Just this weekend, I went to see Raul again to trade in my 2002 Acura (which, I should mention was purchased from Prestige in 2004 and is still driving around 13 years later!). We had one goal in mind: to purchase a vehicle that will accommodate our expanding family, while also staying within a relatively tight budget. Raul let me drive TWO vehicles to Warwick, RI and back so my husband could test drive them without having to miss time from work. When they weren't quite right for us there were no hard feelings and I wasn't pressured to stay or make a deal with one of those cars. Later that night I found an SUV on their website that I liked. I texted him about it and Raul was kind enough to come in (on what I'm sure was his day off) to show it to me. In less than 30 minutes I was able to test drive the car, and he had a deal in front of me. He then brought me to Leslie Gagnon, their Business Manager and in one day she was able to get our monthly payment $60+ cheaper than our budget. Also, unlike other business managers who are shadows in the back, Leslie was available 100% of the process. She kept me in the loop as to how many banks received my application and where she was in the process every step of the way! The team at Prestige is as a family and that is felt in every aspect of working with them. They make shopping for a car, as easy as shopping for groceries! I like coming here because they aren't typical "used car salespeople." They are patient, willing to explain every detail and are essentially on call 24/7 from the second you walk into their doors until you go home with their vehicle. Both times, I brought my two year old son with me, and in addition to extensive car knowledge and helping me learn what to listen for, they helped me buckle his car seat into the cars so he could ride. Also, Raul made balloons with my son's favorite characters and bought him popcorn to help keep him occupied while he explained every detail of the process. From a car buying perspective I did a lot of research and their prices are lower than all of the dealerships in the area. Also, I can speak first hand to the fact that their customer service extends beyonds picking up the car. Once over the summer I couldn't find my key fob to the car I bought last year. I called Raul and they didn't have an extra key to the car, but he gave me the number for someone who could make a new one for me that day! If you want to work with people who are honest, respect your time, are knowledgeable about cars, and put families first then go to Prestige and make sure to ask for Raul Reis! More
