Excellent! Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. No wonder hes been there for 20yrs! Also, the staff in whole was great. The after hours pick up was very convenient. Le Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Service I was a little disappointed because I called ahead of time to let them know I was dropping my car off Tuesday night. Friday we got a call at noon that I was a little disappointed because I called ahead of time to let them know I was dropping my car off Tuesday night. Friday we got a call at noon that they found the keys in the dropbox and was going to look at the car. We were told they were shortstaffed and therefore did not get to the car till Saturday evening. Had I known I would’ve kept my car and dropped it off Friday night. We were down to one car with three kids and it made it very difficult for us from Tuesday to Saturday down to one car. More
