He took me out to West Chester pike which is the opposite direction of where I needed to go. Telegraph road is not near Reservoir Road in West Chester! What should have taken 10 minutes took nearly a half hour and I was almost late to work. Please get a shuttle driver who will listen to the customer’s street address or use the gps. More

I had an appointment for the state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and I would wait for my service. My vehicle has 23,000 miles and didn't need anything additionally. The service time was close to 3 hours. I had anticipated 1.5-2 hours. I didn't ask at the time of scheduling what would be the estimated time. I don't know if this is the required time, just didn't think it would take that time. I will ask next time and leave the vehicle if I need to. Thanks. More
