I had a Great experience working with D&M Leasing. As we all know new vehicles are hard to find, and I needed a very specific truck. My leasing Manager Leticia De Hoyos was so helpful and knowledgeabl As we all know new vehicles are hard to find, and I needed a very specific truck. My leasing Manager Leticia De Hoyos was so helpful and knowledgeable about the leasing process that it made things a lot easier on me. Through the process several curves came at us and she was always on top of things and communicating with me everything that was going on, or anything additional she needed from me while always being conscious of my ever changing schedule. She did all the work finding trucks and presented me with my options and I ultimately was able to get into THE TRUCK I needed, and did not have to wait 6 months for one to be built. If that wasn’t awesome enough, she got me into a truck with a higher trim level than I ever thought possible and saved me hundreds of dollars per month, and thousands over the term of my lease. All of this, and delivered my new truck to my home, picked up my trade in from my driveway in 2 separate trips to allow me to transfer all of my tools, as well as all documents being done electronically. Leticia and D& M leasing have not only earned a loyal customer, but dramatically changed my views on what the car buying experience can be. More

I have had horrible experiences in the past when purchasing a vehicle, but Leticia has proven to me what a vehicle purchase should feel like. I was so impressed by my experience and the professionalism that Leticia provided to me, I told my wife about it and she also contacted her to help with her trade and purchase she provided us both with vehicles that we were completely satisfied with.
