I hadn't bought a new car in 10 years. I was a prior SAAB driver - can't say enough good things about Levi in helping me - I called, he went to work and the next thing I was driving away with my new Whi SAAB driver - can't say enough good things about Levi in helping me - I called, he went to work and the next thing I was driving away with my new White CX-5 - he helped me choose the right lease. I came back to pick my car up and since Levi was with another customer (lucky person), Brian stepped up to help me. He told me all about the car and mentioned that Mazda is one of the few places that give you a full tank of gas when you leave with your new car. He went over all the items on the car asked if any questions..and then I Levi came over and we went out to the car. He checked it all over for me. Just an awesome experience. Everyone at the dealership was always smiling. They all love being there and anyone going in there will immediately feel that! Great customer service! Levi has been a long time salesman at the dealership and has won awards for his performance as has Brian. Just great guys to buy a car from - Nancy More

My wife and I specifically wanted a Mazda. We had spoken with a few other dealers in our area and found Mazda Gallery and in particular, Doug to be the most informed and considerate. Levi had filled in Doug with a few other dealers in our area and found Mazda Gallery and in particular, Doug to be the most informed and considerate. Levi had filled in Doug's absence and was no less capable. We cannot say enough about Paul Valenti. He worked very diligently and honestly to assist us in the financing and ultimately put us in a car which we feel is perfect. I would say that I equate buying a car with having root canal therapy. Those noted had made our experience excellent. The representatives at Mazda Gallery were courteous, thoughtful, attentive and understanding. I would heartily recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

I had a great experience at Mazda Gallery in Norwood. I went in just looking at a particular model to see if I even like it. I was greeted by someone (don't remember his name) he was busy helping someone e went in just looking at a particular model to see if I even like it. I was greeted by someone (don't remember his name) he was busy helping someone else at the time. He got Levi Downing to help me out. I like that Levi was not the pushy type of salesperson who would try everything and anything to get you to buy. He gave me all the time I needed to exactly decide the color and if I was going to purchase one right at the moment. I end up leaving with a Mazda 3 skyactive. I like how the salespersons are not standing out front of the dealer looking to attack as soon as you walk on to the lot. I enjoy just being able to walk on to the lot and look around and when I was ready to speak to a salesperson there was somebody there. I got to say this dealership makes me very comfortable to walk on to there lot knowing that i'm not going to be attack by salespeople. More

I went into mazda Gallery knowing what i wanted and the saleman who help me Levi was great ! I did not by a car there yet but will be back soon I think that they are great guys and not pushy at all the kno saleman who help me Levi was great ! I love the Mazda Cx-7 I looked at and wish i bought it but i wanted to sell my car first. But i will deff. By a car from this dealership when i am ready to buy. More
