I put on my appointment to have someone call me to go over pricing before my appointment. No one ever did. It didn’t give me the option to say my husband was going to wait. Not drop off. My issue wasn’t fixed, they kept my car for an entire week and I had to rent one for $375 while I waited. After a week they cleared the code on my check engine light and gave my car back, only for the pr week and I had to rent one for $375 while I waited. It wasn’t correctly diagnosed or repaired, and the problem and part that was replaced have no relation- the issue was also not tested for a resolution (it is unable to refuel without backing up because the EVAP system is clogged and is not venting) More
