Took over 1. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Did not adjust my air pressure once they rotated tires. The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up and arranged for Champion's driver to pick me up. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being charged. After I looked at it more closely, it was obvious that the bill was for 1 quart of oil and the rest was labor and miscellaneous items. More
