The sales staff at Jim White Toyota are all very helpful and for the most part everyone seems to be focused on cus I've just bought a second vehicle! Service department seems to always have new staff for some reason and they may not be aware you paid for a service package which is kind of annoying since it's in their system somewhere. I learned my lesson this time and have a copy in the car so I don't end up paying for something covered by the service program I bought. More
