From my first interaction via text and email with Lisa Jo up to the final sale with Pruce Dacus, everything was so professional with first ever had! Kind, professional and wonderful folks at Benson Ford. To hold a vehicle for 8 days until I could make the drive up, was beyond great customer service. It was well worth the 2 hour drive for my truck purchase. I will certainly continue to do business with Benson Ford and their great staff! More

I worked with Lisa Jo on the initial deal through text and email and then Prue helped me with the actual car when I picked it up. Lisa Jo was such a pleasure to work with! It was like I was texting with a and email and then Prue helped me with the actual car when I picked it up. Lisa Jo was such a pleasure to work with! It was like I was texting with a family member or a close friend...she was so nice and helpful and I din't feel pressured at all! The salesman, Prue, was also great! He had the car ready for me and explained what I needed to know and helped me set up a few features before I left. I never once felt the typical "car salesman pressure" that you hear about or that I myself have experienced at other dealerships. I live 2 hours away from this dealership but with the great price and service that I received, I would definitely make the long trip again in the future! Thanks! More
