She was very helpful, knowledgeable and overall kind and understanding of the whole situation as this was my first car purchase! She has sent follow up messages asking how things have been going and if I had any questions or needed additional information (I asked when the last oil change, maintenance was, etc.), she has been able to provide everything within minutes.
