It took 4 day to replace a fuel pump and I had an appointment. Then the bait and switch with mail in the tire which I took to Firestone they put the car on the rack and checked all 4 tires inside and appointment. First of all my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 but when I got there the service associate it never should’ve been scheduled at that time do to the electrical problem. So I had to leave my truck overni when I got there the service associate it never should’ve been scheduled at that time do to the electrical problem. So I had to leave my truck overnight. I was not contacted the next day I had to call toward the end of the day to get any information. So the technician ran the test to find out where the draw was coming from and after all the testing it was the battery. Now this is what should have been done first thing. This cost me over 300 dollars to find out I have one bad battery. I have had a lot of work done with your dealership in the past and have been satisfied but this is unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
