We drove about an hour to get there, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Lisa was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, kind, honest, and made the entire process so easy. She even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule because I was out of town when she was originally available. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. We received an excellent deal, and the entire purchase was smooth, quick, and stress free. We couldn't be happier with our Tahoe or the experience we had at Cox Chevrolet. Lisa was efficient, thorough and accommodating. The finance department handled my deal with professional courtesy, and got the deal for me that fit perfectly.
