Ken was so upfront and forthright, I really appreciated his candor and honesty. I truly felt like he cared about Subaru as a company and so his sales pitch didn't feel unwarranted. He was comfortable to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone else like me that doesn't know as much about cars. The Subaru itself is a dream and I look forward to returning to Balise Subaru to buy another car in the future! More
