Was fine. Brought in a key fob they programmed for $70.00 plus 7+ in “shop fees” whatever that is, since I supplied the part. But whatever, 1/2hr later got the fob and unlocks and locks doors. Remote start d plus 7+ in “shop fees” whatever that is, since I supplied the part. But whatever, 1/2hr later got the fob and unlocks and locks doors. Remote start didn’t work (which would’ve been nice if they checked it all out first) other than that. Friendly enough, even when telling me a couple of time we are not responsible for anything, and you’ll have to pay anyway, which I understand. I am curious if I’d bought the fob through Dellen if anything would’ve have been different. My guess is probably not. Either way job done, car given away to a nice family in need. So successful I’d say **Side note** I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name the aided me in this so I checked both what I assume are males. as this survey wouldn’t allow continuing without checking someone. More

Flat tire We called service at 3pm to ask them if they could look at a flat tire. They said bring it right in and we will take a look. Took a big of time due to customers that were ahead of me. Service rep said he would check on the tire insurance and sure enough he found us and said he could repair the tire at no cost to us.
