The dealership itself is very clean and attentive when you pull up to the service department. You are helped right away and motioned to go into the service department. We received a text NOT a call about the diagnosis of our truck so was unable to ask questions not a big fan of that but did appreciate that they put the price with the text but when picking up our vehicle, the price they sent in the text was not the price that I was asked to pay. I had to ask why the difference and of course someone had made a little mistake but it was taken care of in a timely manner! More

I would have to say that Chad listened to my story about our vehicle went away out of his way to help us keep the car.
