I have been coming to Don Davis for a while. This is by far the worst experience I have had thus far. I had an appt for 10am for oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my vehicle back u This is by far the worst experience I have had thus far. I had an appt for 10am for oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my vehicle back until almost 3pm. Had I known it would take that long, I would’ve changed my oil myself or taken my vehicle to another place. A lady that had an appt at 0830 was still there and she said her service representative told her they had a lot of walk-ins. It is my understanding that people with appointments should be first before walk-ins. My service representative did not inform me not one time why it was taking so long until I called in around 1pm. He stated that machines were down but would be at least 30 more minutes. Again, I didn’t receive my truck back until almost 3pm. Had I not went in and complained, they wouldn’t have given 20 dollars off. They failed to apply my military discount. 20 dollars off to me is not worth my time wasted. This incident has seriously inconvenienced me. I do not know if I will be returning to Don Davis Nissan. More
