We were completely satisfied with our car buying experience at Volvo of Lisle. (Nov 2012) After negotiating a good price on-line, we drove 5 hrs from another state. When we arrived, the car & paper work were ready and there were no surprises or hassles. We quickly completed the paper work, got an introduction to the car and were on our way. Lolita was delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. All the documents for the plates, registration and title arrived quickly and were in order. And PS…I love my new Volvo! More

I had a very nice experience with the staff of Volvo of Lisle. I walked in cold looking at cars one day, and was met by Chris Bella. While on subsequent trips Chris was not available, he made sure I was Lisle. I walked in cold looking at cars one day, and was met by Chris Bella. While on subsequent trips Chris was not available, he made sure I was taken care of by another staff member. Ultimately, we made our final plans for order and purchase with Lolita Cook, who could not have been better in the process. Lolita was friendly, polite, understanding and responsive. Plus, she has left an open door for us to ask further questions should we need to. I thank her for her personal touch. More
