Exceptional Service at Volvo of Lisle I was greeted by a smiling young lady and whisked over to a Service Advisor who was quite thorough regarding what needed to be done. I was able to use a rental (a 2014 Volvo, XC-60) while my Volvo was being serviced. (approximately 1 day) When picking up my car the Cashier lady was very kind and all service attendants in the area were most helpful (I was enjoying the experience so much that I almost left behind my "walker" (obviously I didn't think I needed it!) They brought it to me from the rental car! I have always had nice experiences before at Volvo of Lisle, but this time was very special. By the way, I love my 2012 Volvo XC-70! More

Lolita Cook did an excellent job of presenting the car and the different sales promotions that were available for that car and similar models and years. Ken Kowal, the sales manager, was able to give me a trade in value for my VW Passat that I thought was fair based on my research going into the dealership. His assessment took only 10-15 minutes. Overall I had a very good experience with Lisle Volvo. Unfortunately, when my budget manager looked over the numbers she was concerned that we would be taking on too much when her job is not secure. So maybe it will be the 2016 XC70. More
